232003 Clip-share Website

I want to build a site like youtube and add a voting system where people vote for their favourite videos. The top three rated videos would be shown on the main page. Also it would show the prize that is to be won. I will be using clipshare scripts [login to view URL], so i would want someone to do small customisation who know how to use PHP scripting. There would be much more modifications needed for this site in future, but would like to do this first to get it up asap. See below attachment. I designed the image im photoshop to give you an idea of how it should look. Please include in quote cost of clip-share script (latest one). I have cirtex hosting ready. Basically I would want someone who can 'take care of it all'.. MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAP.. The last guy disappeared on me, cannot get in contact with him. Willing to approve right away for best competitive quote. I have other sites needed to be designed, a modelling and promotion website, so if you have any cool designs let me know. Thanks thanks
