PHP booking system needed

Hi to all, I need a general booking system done in PHP/MySQL. This are the features i need: 1. Must be able to set break time between each appointment(for example customer books time at 1:00 PM, and there is a break setting set at 30 minutes, next customer should not be able to book anything before 1:30. 2. In the administration panel i should be able to accept or decline a booking 3. on each status change (for example booking accepted or declined) email should be sent to the customer (when they are booking an appointment they must enter their name, email and phone number) 4. both customer and me should be able to add comments on appointment 5. I should be able to setup work days (like for example i am working only on monday and wednesday) and work hours (like accept appointments only from 9 AM to 5 PM) 6. installer will be needed, so that i can easily install it on multiple sites (installer as in php script that will copy the files in appropriate places and execute sql queries) that's all. thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
