Moodle transition from static pages to dynamic

I want to transition an exisitng static on-line (see the link below) Learning Management System (LMS) to dynamic pages using Moodle. Moodle is opensource code built with PHP see ([login to view URL]). The only way I know to describe my project is by showing my existing site (see below) and then have bidders take a look at Moodle. A search on RAC shows a few coders with Moodle experience exist. Currently (static pages), my class participants receive from me a link to the weekly assignment via e-mail. They have one-week to complete the assignment, write a response and send it to me again via e-mail. Classes usually run 9 weeks. I have them copy & paste the (usually four) questions into their e-mail client and then write their response between the questions. For example: Question one: blah, blah, blah, My Response: (participants write their response here) Question two: blah, blah, blah, My Response: (participants write their response here) Participants (students) send their completed responses to me by e-mail. I copy & paste the responses into the static page add my comments and then post (FTP) the page to the server and send an e-mail notification that the weekly reports are posted. Obviously, this requires a good bit of manual editing **which is what I'm hoping to eliminate**. In other words, if students write a response without referencing the question the weekly report containing all student's respones would have no context. My current class has about 40 students--its an administrative headache to transfer their weekly reports to the static webpage and then format the pages so they look nice and are readable. In a way what we are doing is like a forum but not exactly. In addition, Moodle offers a host of additional features that would add value to my LMS (formus, resources, etc.) I need a coder that knows PHP, that can work with Moodle and it would be nice if they had a feel for on-line learning techniques. My own skills with Moodle are weak but from the reading I have done about its capabilities many more features are available that would be beneficial. My point is, I need a coder that is willing to grow along with me in understanding and using this tool. I see this project as the beginning of an ongoing relationship.
