PHP (CodeIgniter) + MySQL Custom Client Manager

Hi, We're needing a php developer with experience in codeIgniter. We need a custom client manager application to be developed. Application has the following modules and tasks WebApp Template ================================== Application must be developed with this theme as base (will be provided) [login to view URL] Use jQuery and other opensource freeware libraries Users, groups, levels (Basic ACL) ================================== Use ION Auth if possible [login to view URL] - CRUD user groups - CRUD users - CRUD permissions - Assign permissions to groups=>users - Admin user manages all this Projects ================================== - CRUD Project details: title, desc, date_begin, date_end - Upload 1+ files to project: with file comment (optional) - Use [login to view URL] script if possible - Original proj. description can only be modified by admin - Delete files from project (project creator) - ONLY Admin can set Project PRICE - ONLY client can view project PRICE Tickets ================================== - CRUD tickets in X project - Tickets belongs to project=>client - #id, subject, created, modified, priority, status - PLUS: automatic creation of tickets by e-mail - Notify by mail ticket users (creator, responsable) when ticket changes Payments, Billing ================================== - CRUD of invoices for X project - CRUD of payments for X project - Only admin can see, create invoices and add payments to them - One project can be paid in 2, 3 or more times. - Show how much left to complete project total Dashboard ================================== - Projects list - Project % payments/totalprice (for admin/clients) - Display alerts when project end_date coming - Can use linux cron when needed for notifications Mobile ================================== - Detect when mobile browser - Create a simple template for users who browse from mobile - Can be a mobile webapp, no need to use specific framework - iPhone, BlackBerry and Android compatible - Its important that mobile version works with no JS --------------- Code: It is very important to have a very well formatted code. Comprehensible var names, code used, external classes BONUS: well documented code Progress: User must show frequently the progress of the development by working with svn, git or similar, and/or upload daily the app files to an online server so we can test/see ongoing development Notes: CRUD = Create, Retrieve, Update, Delete We need to start this ASAP.
