Outlook EMail Service

I'd like to have a program written that ties into MS Outlook for secure messaging. Server and Client. The actual emails will reside on a server but appear as an HTML email to the user on the client. The messages will be encrypted/decrypted using AES; this will be invisible to the user. Messages sent as "Company Confidential" cannot be read outside a company, those sent as "Do Not Forward" cannot be read by anyone but the original recipients. Messages and attachments can be set to expire after a specified amount of time. After expiration, these messages are unreadable (as well as all copies - wherever they reside), and cannot be recovered under any circumstances. The key will be deleted after expiration so the message cannot be recovered. Allows a user to easily block the ability to copy and paste, or even print a message.
