A web site that promotes information about building, Home owner association, Building News, Features, Messageboard and event scheduler.
Interface:
Is simple and could be almost similar to
(You can login as “admin??, “admin?? or "test at test dot com" with password: “test??)
Following headers should be displayed:
**Home Page, News, Features, Community, Messageboard, Events, HOA, Contact us**.
Messageboard should be like the following product.
Event calendar could be similar to the following product:
Except Messageboard and Events the other are static page with some texts.
I don’t mind to purchase a ready available messageboard or event scheduler as a separate product from software vendors if I know that can work fine.
**Language: C#**
You should be able to ftp the Application in the shared web hosting site.
This is a long term work and I need to make sure you will keep working on the next phases. Some simple photo shop experience are needed due to adding some items in the menu bar. The only tricky part of this project is adding messageboard and event scheduler.
## Deliverables
**Home** page:
Will be very similar to Building Manager Home page. Building Picture in the left and a text summary that I will supply to you.
**News** Page:
Will be very similar to Building Manager News page. For phase I is a text news. For the other phase News can be posted (uploaded by the admin person).
**Community** Page:
Is a set of bookmark links to describe more the community. Text will be supplied by me. There needs to have a placeholder for the image next to each paragraph.
**Features**:
Is a set of bookmark links to describe more the building feature. Text will be supplied by me. There needs to have a placeholder for the image next to each paragraph.
**Message Board** page:
Is a place that people within the building or property manager can communicate to each other. Should be a solid application. I don't mind if you think I should buy or use the specific product. I won't buy the product until I see the evaluation version is running in the shared web hosting.
**Event Scheduler** page:
Is a page that admin group can schedule meeting, reserve the party room, set the appointment, etc. I don't mind if you think I should buy or use the specific product. I won't buy the product until I see the evaluation version is running in the shared web hosting.
**HOA** Page:
Will be very similar to Building Manager Home page. Building Picture in the left and a href link in the right side. Href link load a new page containing the HOA document.
**Contact us**:
Will be very similar to Building Manager Contact page. Email will be sent to the person defined in [login to view URL] file.
Site Menu:
I rather to use text in the menu than the image. I should be able to change menu text, add menu item or remove menu item easily. I should be able to add more page (by adding more menu item) to the system easily. Sample menu text item that you can use is <[login to view URL]>.
Sequence of the menu item is the same sequence as described in above.
Stylesheet:
All pages looking field should be the same. Left, right, top align should be the same. The footer contain Building site address. (Just like Building manager). Header and alignment will be consistent throughout the whole site.
System Design:
The system should be designed in the way that we can easily expand it in the future.
Your responsibilities:
Testing the application that is in working state is part of your job.
Deploying to the shared web hosting is part of your job. Deploying tables, stored procedures (if you want to create) is part of your job.
Your qualification:
You need to know C# well. You also need to either have a good ready and written "messageboard" and "event scheduler" code or know where you can find and how you can integrate it with the application. Again I don' t mind to buy a ready product from the specific vendor.
The job (Phase 1) is completed 1 week after the last time the application is uploaded to the shared web hosting. You should be ready to go to the next phase and support the application when needed. You should be available for chat or quick communication for the quick turn around.
