Microsoft VB Script error troubleshooting

I am in need of fixing a VB Script error I am getting in an ASP page. It should be a pretty easy fix for anyone that knows VBScript and ASP. I was trying to make some small changes to the page and completely forgot to make a back up. The changes are only within one section of the page, so someone may be able to trouble shoot just from the info I post here.
