75817 Traffic generating script

I am in search of an original traffic generating script. The script should allow for pay and free member inclusion into the program. Should have a members area to edit site info. Should be able to accept paypal and stormpay as a method of payment. Should include an affiliate program to help promote. Should incorporate a timed viewing session of both free and paid member sites. Should not allow multiple inclusions of the same site. Web design with banner ad preferred. A working example of script is required before purchase will be made. Example - 10x10 page of squares(any shape) that will allow you to buy a square or view a predetermined amount of sites to get a free square. Sites should desplay randomly based on sites status, paid or free. Paid sites would be permanent. Free sites should expire after a certain amount of hits. Affiliates would be able to sell the page of squares to other marketers. Just an idea of what you could use. Feel free to add any helpful features or new ideas. I am totally open to new ideas.
