301785 simple flash redirect script

I need a simple flash "redirect" type script that, once loaded, will automatically open a specified URL in a new window. It's important that the page is being loaded in a new browser window and the file size is kept to a minimum. I don't want it to use PHP, java, or anything else. A simple embed tag (script access=never) and a swf file should do it. I will, however, need the original flash file so that I can create swf's that will load different URLS. In case I wasn't clear, it should basically work like a popup when the file is loaded. The user should never actually see the flash file, they'll see only the popup. If necessary, I can send a sample swf so you know how it should work. (I just know nothing about flash and this can't figure out how to code it myself!)
