Retouche Passport Style Photo

Our work is focused on facial recognition technology and it's application. We are looking for a highly skilled photo editing specialist who can make a series of varying modifications to a controlled sample of passport style photographs. We would like to test how our algorithm responds to varying degrees of photo manipulation. For example, small changes to the shape/length of the jaw line, distance between the medial point of both eyes, distance between the ears, changes in the shape and width and length of the nose, size/shape of the mouth, changes in the depth and contours of the eye socket in addition to changes to hairstyle, eye color, skin complexion - the list of possibilities is quite extensive. The adjustments must be very subtle at first. You need to have incredible attention to detail and be able to make photo-realistic modifications that are subtle and maintain the natural look of the baseline photograph to the extent possible. We are looking for someone with solid background in making high quality photo-realistic manipulations.
