I am a photographer based in Edinburgh. I have the required equipment described in your project. I use a Nikon D810 (36.3 megapixel. Usual cameras are about 24). As a semi-pro photographer, I have substantial experience and the desired gear to execute your task. I use a series of lenses, including wide angle lenses, as real estate photography is not just about capturing a room but also defining details of the project. I have tripod and external lighting and am very punctual and courteous to all my clients. I would highly recommend to meet at the site sometime before the actual shoot to get an understanding of the objective of the shoot and get you the best result. Your project did not state the time, place and duration of the session. I would request those details please. The freelancer site doesn't let me quote in pounds or a one off for the project. Hence, please don't pay attention to that price. My fee would be £200, one off, if the project is for less than 2 hours. Half hour pro-rata above that time. Thank you for your time.
