Request for Proposal. EVENT: WEDDING CEREMONY; WEDDING RECEPTION VENDOR: PHOTOGRAPHERS; PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANIES DATE REQUIRED: 04/21/2017 TIME REQUIRED: 4:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. LOCATION: Tampa Hotel in Downtown area PHOTOGRAPHERS REQUIRED: TWO (2) ASSISTANTS REQUIRED: ONE (1) TOTAL PROJECT BUDGET: $750-$1500 We are hiring professional photographers to provide professional photography services for our wedding. NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE AN ONLINE PORTFOLIO AND HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY HIRED TO SHOOT WEDDINGS. PAST WORK AND REFERENCES REQUIRED. We are set to be married on 04-21-2017 at a hotel in downtown Tampa, FL. The event for which your services are being sought will be held entirely at the hotel. This is a marriage between two people who happen to be men, so please do not bid if you have any issue at all with our exercise of the fundamental right to marry. If your religious beliefs could in anyway affect your ability to professionally and expertly perform your job at our wedding, then you are likely not qualified. All others, please read on. Additional details about the event will be provided to the winning bidder. Two (2) photographers and one (1) assistant are required for our wedding for approximately 7.5 hours. All photographers should have professional cameras with multiple lenses, multiple flashes and stands, light boxes, and any other items regularly used by professional photographers. If you require any special equipment for the event, we will rent the equipment directly from a vendor and it will be delivered for your use at the event. We only need the jpg and RAW images. Our company will do any required editing of the images. The images must be stored directly to the provided storage card in the camera and not remotely transmitted to any device with storage capacity. We will provide you with storage cards for use in your cameras, the cards will be turned over to the client and us at the end of the event, and verified for completeness, prior to final payment. Any photographs you take of us will be considered works for hire, and you will assign to us in writing any intellectual property rights you have in the work (photographs). You shall not retain any images you take of us for any reason whatsoever. The services shall be performed pursuant to an independent contractor agreement and a confidentiality agreement, which we will provide.
