Field Engineer Needed for Karachi

The scope of work is to deliver Field Engineer (FE) on site to perform various activities. FE will carry: Laptop with own internet connection, console cable and needed HW and SW to be able to connect to FW, labeling machine, spare UTP cable, mobile phone. Activities on site includes: Checkpoint firewall installation Various IT services Asset stock-taking Checkpoint firewall installation – Product Description One-time Installation service for new Checkpoint firewalls which includes rack & stack along with guided policy configuration at each branch (Checkpoint 1450). Engineer must be guided by support team through every step of the HW deployment. Support will provide initial configuration. IT services – Product Description Adding all the desktops/laptops machine to Customer active directory domain Checking all PCs connected to customers network and: search for any unauthorized software – such software to be removed from PC. Checklist of whitelisted SW to be provided by Neeco/end customer. Installation/Upgradation of security related agents (AV, Patch management & Application whitelisting) Perform Windows update (if needed) Required Windows image to be provided by Neeco/end customer before the project start. Install Printer Driver (if needed) Required driver image to be provided by Neeco/end customer Perform File server configuration (if any) Remove MS Office suite if found pirated/home edition and install standard version Required driver image to be provided by Neeco/end customer Other requirements: All overseas workstations have client digital certificate and installation of same is required after domain migration. The procedure shall be shared later during the activity Migrate each email to 0365 platforms for all the global users Setup calendar, rules in newly created profile Upgrade Service Pack of MS Office suite to latest version wherever required Stock-taking of Assets FE will be required to write down all part numbers and serial numbers of PCs, laptops, PC screens, CCTV cameras, printers, UPSes, routers, switches. FE will be requested to put unique asset tag to each device. We will provide an Excel file, where the FE should put the information down. We will share the information about asset tags templates to be used. Example attached as well. FE has to take a pictures from site, especially example of labels.
