Training Database

Hi, I am in need of a relatively simple training database for use for my clients. Open to any experience level that can complete it and is able to provide a simple interface. The database needs to be specific to each company's logged in user (admin). There is also potentially the need for each employee to be able to access their training records. I have a Member's Area that Company X logs into. In that Member's Area is a Training Records page. Ideally, the database is accessed there, but I am open to ideas. My preference would be that it is as seamless as possible and they don't need to go to another page to login but I will rely on your technical advice for this (and ideas). This is for small to medium-sized business, so available features with a lot of bells and whistles isn't entirely necessary but I am open to any ideas. The premise of my overall company has always been to simplify risk management for these types of businesses and I would like the database to reflect that. It would need to track: Employee Name Employment Start Date Training Completed (would be great if this was a drop-down as well as a field where text could also be entered) Training Required (this would have the same options as the above) Date Completed Recertification Date (if applicable) Trainer The critical component would be that the training class would need to relate to the employee. That is, the employee has multiple training records, say, 'fall protection and bloodborne pathogens' and those two classes would also be available to many employees. If that makes sense. I hope it does to those of you who are experts at this despite my poor attempt at a description!
