I have a [login to view URL] file which is almost 11 gb and another with almost 30 g.b but now they wont restore not from command line or php [login to view URL] wrong with the files and how can i repair them if any issue or upload them i need them as a database so i can load them into excel. When i use command line it runs and finishes in a second saying uploaded but nothing happens ...if i want to extract the zip to just .sql it says file corrupt. SO need help to restore them and send back as csv or excel file.

I am experienced Linux system and database administrator. I have extensive experience with handling big data (however, yours are not that big). Anyway I need initial milestone just for using my resources (transfer, disk). I can't tell if your data is broken, or your system just can't handle data this site or you have some other trivial issues. As far as I can get it and this is really valid SQL I can deliver it back to you in any format you want. If it is broken I'm able to analyze it and tell you why. Also I'm able to recover valid parts of SQL and get them back to you. However if recovery would require much more effort I'll ask for separate project for complex recovery.
