Write an iPhone and Android application - Very simple!

I need to create a iOS and Android App that is linked to a GPS tracking system. The GPS system itself already provides a mobile page. The App should only link to this page. The idea is very very simple. Doesn't need to create a home screen and nothing complex. I know some App's that works in the exactly the same way I need, to serve as a model to follow. The page that is required to link is the following: [login to view URL] The App should have one simple button to configurate the domain. On the first run the user is suposed to enter the GPS server url. In this example case: [login to view URL] The App called "GTS-M" at play store, works exactly in this way I need.. The App I need should be just like this "GTS-M".
