Well, I'm not here to really placing bid as I'm a web developer and know nothing about iOs/android app :) I just want to share my opinion with you... Why most freelancers here sucks... it's because they're not real freelancer. They're actually outsourcers... means, for every projects they won, they'll outsource it to another freelancer. Worst if the other freelancer is also an outsourcer :) My suggest is look for individuals... those who claim themselves as company is usually those outsourcer guy. I'm out... Good luck.
