Fix problem secret chat message from telegram-cli to Iphone. It use old Telegram API library - "tgl", that describes the protocol MTProto and TL-schema. Maybe problem in the old version MTProto or encrypted TL-schema in tgl. Sending to Android is work ok. Creating a secret chat with Iphone is ok. But after create secret chat with Iphone, send any messages, but chat is empty. Telegram-cli no error, but in log - "can not decrypt message". Need to fix work secret chat from telegram-cli to Iphone.
