Android/iOS Photo Taking App

We are a consumer trade show company. We want an app that a user can download, and take photos at the show with, and it automatically shares them to our "memory wall" on our website. When the shows are not active, there is a message from us displayed in the app, instead of the camera options. Main Features - App allows user to take a photo, and then with one press uploads to a PHP script that watermarks it - User is then directed to a "Sent" screen in app, and asks if they want to share on FACEBOOK or TWITTER or INSTAGRAM Additional - App need to be able to be "active" for photo taking based on times in our database .. For instance, if our show is Fri, Sat, Sun - the app will know to have camera on from 9am - 5pm, based on our settings .. App will show a text screen during "inactive" times from our database (ie: a message for our next show, or a countdown to when it's active) - Photo needs to have a message box also, before upload for the people to make a comment on what photo is about - App needs to send email to client (template in our database) telling them the photo location after each image is sent - App needs to obviously capture email on 1st launch, allow changing of email, etc. (Facebook/Twitter login also) - Image needs to be watermarked before sending - Default message added to image post for FB/TWITTER/INSTAGRAM based on info in our database - Must be able to be 'activated" for different shows, at different times - PHP and MYSQL to be used for web end (We will build wall, management etc...you just need to do functions and build mysql TABLES) - iOS and Android
