We are a new radio/audio streaming service and need apps for web, Android and iPhone. These apps should be able to connect to any icecast stream encoded in either mp3 or aacplus (at 32kbps, 96 kbps and 128kbps) and offer nearly instant audio on start and be able to buffer for an uninterrupted user experience. The web app should be able to offer same uninterrupted user experience no matter what platform or browser. iPhone and Android apps should include meta data and possibility of album art display based on meta data.
