I've been with the IT industry for more than a decade now and has spent more than 6 years with Software Development and Testing. I am result driven. I prefer doing things in "smarter" ways to finish the job on time. I am fond of researching things. I lived and breathed email handling for 6 years (from my corporate work experience). A big chunk of my corporate work experience revolves around the use of the English language. I have worked as a Technical Support Representative for three (3) years for Dell desktops & laptops and QWEST DSL connection. Both are US based clients. I was assigned to an Australian Telco project for six (6) years during my stay with Accenture as a Software Engineer/Developer/Team Lead. I was fortunate enough to go to Sydney and stay there for a total of four (4) months (loved it!). I've followed Sydney time zone for 6 years (because of the Australian Telco client). I am a craft lover and a photography & graphics designer wannabe.

A.A.S. Degree in Office Professional (General Office) I have advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook, One Note, and also google versions as well. Also10 years experience as Administrator Assistant and Office Manger. My college studies consists of management, accounting, business, marketing, office, and Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 and 2016. I graduated with high honors and a member of the National Honor Society. My degree is based around business and advanced computer skills. I am a responsible, committed, fast, and hard working.
