It was for COT Data. I have create C# app and Excel VBA for scraping the COT data whenever it was updated and it was saved to the database, My Sql. It included a lot of data such as industry, finance, Metal and so on. I have classified the COT data by category and set the access permission based on the USER. For example, a cetain user can only access the finance data. And the user can pull data from database easily with several filters. I think I can do your project without any dubt.
