Convert CSV tick data to HST (MT4) Script

I need a script that is able to convert Dukascopy(JForex) M1 csv file to to HST file for Alpari Uk and Dukascopy MT4 platform. Script needs to include these functions: - option for GMT offset and DST (as attached script) - option for creating FXT file (as attached script) - option for using real volume (as attached script) Basically I would be happy with identical script as attached, but so that it converts attached CSV format files to HST files for Dk and Alpari Uk. This is propably quite simple project for someone who knows what he is doing, if not i can negotiate on the fee.
