The Discription does not state enough information about this project, and that is why I gave my self 7 long days to complete your request. The duration is negotiable and depends on project complexity. Anyway, about my qualifications, I have build several ( .m file) projects in MATLAB as well as some Simulink and GUI. The most recent one -- one month ago -- was a "Genetic Algorithm" code that solves a "Factory Layout" problem.
