Linux Issue (Bad Perl Script)

I have an issue on my server where there is a Perl script that keeps running that is taking up all the resources. I am the only developer on the server (we have 100+ clients, but very few have FTP access, and none to my knowledge are uploading Perl). I do not use Perl, I use php. So, I would like to know what this (if possible, the file that is being run). I do a top command and I can often see it when the server is about to crash. The process is run by apache. If it is not possible to fix the issue, then I would like to totally disable Perl because I don't use it. 2nd, is I would like to remove spamassassin from the server. For the Perl issue, it should be something simple I'm guessing. I just need to know how to figure out the file name. I'm close to it, but I just can't find the right commands. If you could even tell me the right commands then I can do it myself, and just be on call if I have any issues.
