I am looking for an Arch Linux expert who also understands servers and Raid setups, to walk me through installation of Arch Linux on an HP ProLiant DL380 G4 server with an HP Storage Works storage bank. I have attempted to load the latest version of Arch Linux on an an HP ProLiant DL380 G4 server with HP storage Works storage bank. The hard drives are configured in Raid5. I am not able to get past the "set up hard drives" section of the Arch Linux installation process. It allows me to make all of the hard drive selections but once I am finished, I get the following notice: "Warning: Could not create all needed Filesystems. Either the underlying block devices didn’t become available in 10 iterations or process files system failed." As you can tell by the way I've described this problem I am not Linux savvy nor, am I server guy. I am looking for someone that can contact me over the phone or via Skype that can walk me through the process of installing Arch Linux on this machine. I have had several local server guys and a Linux guy look at the problem without any positive results. I need to find someone with both Linux and server expertise. Hopefully with your knowledge of the situation you can walk me through the process of setting the drives up correctly so that arch Linux will recognize everything and we can be done in less than an hour.
