Hi, My name is Luke, I'm the business owner. We monitor and installing home automation systems. We recently received the CCJ following a claim by a previous employee, I made a mess of it and self represented. I have settled the amount but need some advice on minimising the impact. In addition, we also have also a desputed amount of circa £4k with a building contractor and I would like persue it, perhaps as a separate task. I would like to have an initial consultation of 1-2 hrs.
