Hi! I have over 3 years of experience in the BPO Industry. I was a former Customer Service Representative for USA T-mobile postpaid account for 2 years. Over 1 year of experience doing cold calls or telesales for several clients, as an Employee from a Company before, and as a Freelancer now. I'm also doing cold calls only part time for my client in his Real Estate Business. Although I have a current gig, I can always be flexible on my schedule, not to mention I have former teammates who has the same experience that I can recommend of you need more than one cold caller. :)
