Larval Expert Needed ! URGENT

[ was fine before ] 1 - add email notification Whenever the admin replies to the ticket, the customer should get an email. 2 - ADD SMS Verification while people signup... 3 - at user panel after logging in .. if the user clicks at footer links, it auto sign-out.. that makes it look bad also. 4 - Verify active accounts and send auto messages to activate accounts or if they are not engaged. We will close it or mark it as inactive. We have a news section where we publish updates/news. The user can see a notification after logging in.. But the UI/Page is so weak, and it auto log out if someone clicks on the information. We need a proper way to make our users active and need emails so we can email when new services/ updates are there. need to start right away.
