I am hiring long term talented programmers/software engineer from Philippines or India/China for my firm (skills required are ruby (rails) and vue.js , solid OOP fundamentals, usage of latest trends/tools). Applicants require a portfolio(preferably web application on vue js) with source code. During interview I will need you to explain your previous work and your understanding of OOP. I will need to look at your cv and have some interview. I am prioritizing freelancer from India/Philippines/China because I only speak english. The interview process goes like this CV screening interview Some problem solving/portfolio explanation some OOP concepts question Major factor if you have corporate experience so I can do further background check I will give incentives to programmers who will exceed my expectation.
