This is what I want: User initiates intent with bot, the desire to make a reservation. User will be prompted with questions including what "date would you like to reserve" and " what time would you like to reserve" If date/time is available then the reservation info is stored on Google Calendar and confirmation is sent to user. If the date/time is not available then a "not available, please select a different [date], [time] or [date/time] response is sent based on why the reservation is not available. I'm using Firebase to store my fulfillment's.
