Simplification of project requirements. Important to use, preferably, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, PHP with PDO, Maria/MYSQL, Ayax and/or JS. The work consists of creating a test system with alternatives in Bootstrap so that it adapts to the user's device. In the system there is a registration page for students who wish to take the test and a page to manage and update the registered students as well as the test with their respective questions and correct alternatives. At the end, if the test has been completed with all the correct alternatives, the student and the administrator receive a notification certifying that the test has been successfully completed. In the notification, the student also receives a link to a certification file (pdf) with the name of the test, the student's name and the date. See attached images (for reference only).
