Dear Sirs, We have to replace Main Dropdown Menu on our website ( all pages ). Its static html site. The Menu MUST work with ALL Browsers including older ones like IE8 ... This is absolutely must ! All Menu Items ( Main and Dropdowns ), must be managable easily from one file ... The design has to be exactly the same as now ... The project to start immediately and has to be completed very fast. The payment on completion and approval .only. No Escrow ... We pay promtly.
