Computer Programming Diploma- compile projects and look for a job

NOTE- i dont want you to do programming for me! Just need advice on how should i compile, organize and demonstrate my projects. And also what skills i should focus more on to get a good job as java dev, web dev, c# asp.net dev, mobile app dev, or something similar. I have done 2 year computer diploma at college. I wanna compile all the projects i did into 2-5 large projects and demonstrate my skills. I also need advice on applying for a job. There is a CEO of one tech conpany and he agreed that I can say on my resume that i did internship with him for 2 years- what skills can i master so that i can ace the interview and show i have couple years of experience. I also use github and put projects there. Wanna create a portfolio website where i demonstrare everything. I am willing to do some capstones or certs from Coursera. Or even get Java or microsoft certs in asp.net. Really confused where should i go.
