We use Vzaar's video hosting and streaming platform to provide video features to our clients on our web app. Vzaar updated their API. The Legacy v1 API which we use will become unavailable and AWS Upload Signatures will change. The API helps us - query users video files, - upload new videos for our clients, - do some security checks to ensure that the videos are only accessible by our staff or the users - embed and play videos on our web app. We need to update the SDK and make sure everything works as it used to with the new API. Here is a link to vzaar's documentation about the API update: [login to view URL] Our web application was built on C#.Net (mostly webforms and webservices), jQuery and connects to the API via RESTful and WebAPI2. We will select the successful bidders to participate in the conference call based on the following criteria: - previous experience and expertise with C#.Net and JS - previous experience and expertise with OAuth 2.0, - previous experience and expertise with SQL server - previous experience and expertise with vzaar API The project will be deemed complete when we can do the following with Vzaar's API v2: - upload videos as large as 1GB - make sure that only the appropriate users can access the videos - videos are embedded correctly - videos can stream properly (I will make a list of the url's on our web app that display or otherwise interact with videos.) There are no changes to the UI involved with this project. There are a few more projects where we need C#.Net and JS developers. We are hoping that this project will help us find a partner that we can rely on for ongoing development and maintenance of our web app.
