Implement changes from Google mobile speed report for my website

Your mobile page speed is 3.1 seconds on a 4G connection. RATING Slow - Slow pages start to load in over 2.5 seconds. RECOMMENDED FIXES ⬚ Ensure text remains visible during webfont load ⬚ Reduce JavaScript execution time ⬚ Defer offscreen images ⬚ Properly size images ⬚ Defer unused CSS ⬚ Avoid enormous network payloads ⬚ Serve images in next-gen formats ⬚ Eliminate render-blocking resources ⬚ Serve static assets with an efficient cache policy These elements above must be addressed in this project. I have attached the full report that contains the website URL. Please reply with the name of the url or company when compiling your response so I know you have taken the time to look at the brief. You will find that the middle images do not appear correctly on mobile and internet explorer but they do seem to look fine on the chrome browser. This correction on the website will need to be made to make the images appear correctly on all browsers. Could be the images are not in a compatible format? Thank you for your help in advance.
