Build a share bar for Shopify Blog Posts

I’m wanting to build a share bar on Shopify that looks like this one here on medium to display on blog posts. Screenshot also attached [login to view URL] The bar moves down the side of the page as you scroll, however on mobile I'd like it to sit as a static bar on the page (horizontally). The elements would be: - Share to Pinterest - Share to Facebook - Share to Twitter - Share to Google+. - View/read counter (# of people who have read the article) like in the [login to view URL] example - Counter for each share option to show how many times the article has been shared- this would display as a rounded up number like next to the clapping hands icon on the [login to view URL] example I can design something similar with these elements but am looking to have it built. All the design elements (icons) would be so the build would need to be to the design spec.
