PSD to HTML Responsive - Need within 24 hours

Hi, We are looking to get a PSD template converted to wordpress. The site is pretty much done in PSD with a basic idea on responsiveness, we just want everything to be converted into functioning HTML cde. We have the PSD designs for the homepage & 6 internal pages. Please only bid, if you write outstanding code, clear/commented and cross browser compliant. We will need it to work perfectly across all browsers, including IE8. We also need it to be optimized really well. Please write 1x375 in your bid to showcase that you've read this in full.
