Writer for a compelling fundraising flyer / brochure

Need an awesome fundraising flyer for Philadelphia Mini Maker Faire. Philadelphia area’s first Maker Faire will be held on June 24th, 2018 at Pennovation Works of the prestigious UPenn. A dedicated team of Philly area makers want to find sponsors for this event and need a top-quality fund raising flyer. There is already a flyer which can be referenced for creating a new one. The flyer will be 1 page, double-sided and virtually all aspects of the flyer need improvement, including a new logo for Philadelphia Mini Maker Faire (I would prefer something that incorporates the famous Philadelphia skyline), cool design and layout, new pictures - use the iconic Pennovation Center picture ([login to view URL]) and optimized and effective content - all of which will motivate sponsors to participate. Only the Maker Faire logo ([login to view URL] ) of the parent organization cannot be changed. Ideally, I would like to hire someone who is an expert writer and also have design experience. But if you are a good writer and cannot do design then that's fine, I will find a designer to take your content and design a brochure.
