Write a Report

Our team have conducted a research pilot study on drug relapse rate and causes in 6 major cities of Afghanistan. the sample size is about 465. and the total variables are 126 in SPSS format including 6 multiple choice questions (each with 9 variables) I am looking for a team of free lancers to able to analyze the data, create graphs, charts and tables and based on those write a technical report of about 70 pages with standards of MS word . 1. The report will be technically related to medical field - the understanding of some terms are necessary 2. Averagely each page may have one to three graphics and two to three paragraph narrations (describing) the graphs and charts 3. Two or three maps of Afghanistan will added as well (Full page or half page) [login to view URL] of report will be (Drug Relapse in Afghanistan) possibly 5. We will write the following parts ourselves Preface / Foreword Acknowledgment Methodology Glossary of Technical Terms (Abbreviation and Acronyms) 6. Reports will have four major parts, writing the main chapters - conclusions and recommendation are included in this project 7. The tentative outline will as following: Summary (Abstract) A. Socio Demographic Profile of Drug Users A1 Provinces covered A2 Age of drug users A3 Residency of drug users A4 Education level of drug users A5 Marital and current living status of drug users A6 Employment status and income of drug users B. Drug Use B1 Drug use history B2 Drug use (types and multiple drug use) B3 Reasons for drug use C. Drug Treatment C1 Drug Treatment History C2 Type of treatment centers C3 Services provided by drug treatment centers C4 Aftercare and outreach services C5 Vocational training and occupation C6 Family and social support D. Findings of Focused Group Discussions F. Conclusion G. Recommendations and Policy Implications 8. The report is needed in 4 days from date of agreement 9. As initial report drafted - the first draft will be shared for comments 10. The comments will be provided back in five to seven working days 11. Incorporation of comments in report and finalizing should be done in one day For detail - please find attached tentative table of contents, analysis plan and a sample of data (two half provinces in SPSS) format Labeling and Value marking is already done in SPSS . All graphs and table mentioned in analysis plan in not mandatory
