WordPress integration with a php-based framework

I am using PHPSound which is a stand-alone php-based framework and I want you to integrate it with my WordPress website. Five changes are needed to do this. If you are not able to do all of them please let me know which part you are able to do. (((((Our budget is less than $100)))) 1. I want you to include the top bar from PHPSound framework into my WordPress website. So we want all the current features of PHPSound framework plus including the topbar (music player,...) into all WordPress pages. The top bar in PHPSound is designed in a way that music is playing seamlessly when navigating between pages (something like [login to view URL]). This feature should be kept in wordpress navigation pages too (very Important!). 2. Make single sing on and user registration. Single Sign On allows a user to only sign in once and be signed in automatically across PHPSound and WordPress. So user registration and user login should be synchronize between PHPSound framework and WordPress (user login and user registration should be available in both phpsound and wordpress site). 3. Change the current jplayer to the following player. You need to integrate it for both desktop and mobile version maybe. [login to view URL] 4. Make a bulk CSV importer script. This script should supports importing data with full details and features supported by the PHPSound framework. 5. Convert current URLs to SEO Friendly URLs for PHPSound framework. Convert profile page URLs to username Convert track page URLs to title (generate some numbers and add it to the end of the title in the case of conflict) Convert playlist page URLs to the name of the playlist Convert tag page URLs to the tag name And so on. - In this project you are not allow to hacking the core files of WordPress because we will be using WordPress updates in future. - Our wordpress theme and phpsound theme are responsive and mobile friendly and this feature should be kept after all the changes done.
