Wireframe for app example

I need some Powerpoint slides or photo editing and wireframes, the idea is simple. Use the photo attached and make it as interference for an when it starts with bronze background showing that the current tier is bronze. Then other photo with silver background, then gold background, then platinum background and lastly black background showcasing Things that have to be shown in the picture on left : ( Employee Number, Employee Organization, Total Points, Current Tier ) these are fixed . Bottom of the picture could be small boxes that contain( Profile, Achievements, Activity’s, Others)
So total of 5 pictures. Explanation will be provided also
