Virtual Reality Campaign for Sun Burn

we are planning to build a campaign that will be around sunburn and safety from sun during summer. So we will have an interaction concept in VR solution that will be able to interact with people by asking questions and sometimes doing movements for answering with sensors of VR. So idea we have is to have 3 scenes, 1st one will be prior going and we will ask them what are the stuff you will take with you to the beach 2nd question will be at the beach when arriving asking if he will use the sunscreen 3rd question will be about the result of his 2nd choice so if he used sunscreen he will be happy on the way back and will be asked how was your experience and give him a result of his qanswers and the ability to share it on social media or screenshot it and take it with him. or if he answered that he didn't in the 2nd question, then obviously we will be in a bad situation and player will need hospital and will be shown also their results after losing etc... So simply thats what we have in mind as a quick idea, this is not yet finalized but most probably it will give us a start so please let me know what are the equipments needed, what quality we will be expecting, timeframe to create the above simple concept and cost.
