ONGOING Graphic Desinger needed for Print ROP Ads and Google Display Ads

We are a newspaper and digital media company that is in need of a new solution for our ad design for clients. We've outgrown our current staff and need to be able to increase our capacity. Scope of Work: Every week we will have roughly 8-20 ads that will need to be designed on our clients' behalf for our newspaper. Based on our current designers, I would anticipate that we will have 15-30 hours worth of work per week. Payment Options: I am open to several potential payment options inside Freelancer: * Per hour rate (MUST use Freelancer's tracking software) * Per ad rate (each ad invoiced separately for tracking purposes) * Per column inch rate (price is determined by the size of the ad and invoiced separately for tracking purposes) Operational Procedures You will receive an ad order that includes client name, salesperson, ad size, content instructions and a final due date by which the ad must be approved by the client. You will be expected to communicate quickly and effectively with both our internal sales and design team as well as the client. We will provide proofing software to facilitate real-time communication between all parties. Ads must be designed in Adobe Illustrator and saved the appropriate Dropbox folders while working on the project. Panelists include Alisha Eggers, Food and Nutrition Supervisor for Muscatine Community Schools; Mark Patton, former Director of Iowa Valley Habitat for Humanity; Bill Dyar, coordinator, Muscatine Community Food Pantry; Mike Miller, President and CEO of Riverbend Food Bank; and Nichole Sorgenfrey, program manager, United Way of Muscatine. Panelists will offer their thoughts on food insecurity in Muscatine and the surrounding area and possible solutions. Accessibility and nutritional quality of food resources is a challenge for a large population in our county and throughout the region. The March 27th meeting will be an opportunity to inform and educate. Those in attendance will be able to ask questions of the panelists. The public is invited to attend.
