Need Xenforo Specialist for advice

Am looking for a Xenforo Specialist who can tell me how to change colour of text without changing the colour on top. My main issue is that the colour on top of the messageboard is white and the colour inside the messageboard is white [login to view URL] of that the font is currently white too and can't be seen because of the white background. How can i change the colour of the font withou changing the colour at the top ?
