Job Site with Ads

We need a new website including design and build it with the following functions: The primary purpose of the site is job listings. Companies could list their jobs acording to a package of postings that they prior buy. Package could include variables sucha as: + Valid for any amount of Days or Months. + Start day which will day #1. + Limit Amount List to be posted + Price per package (could be from 0 (free) to $any + Extra Visibility (example highlight and/or bold) Similar will happend for Banners. Which have: + Valid for any amount of Days or Months. + Start day which will day #1. + Limit of times to be shown, or limit of clicks. + Destination URL if clicked + Price per package (could be from 0 (free) to $any + Size. + Position in which will be shown example Top, Right1, Right2... Left1, Left2,... other positions. Those positions need to be previous defined by the Admins which will also define the properties. Example if it will roll or disapear when changing. When users load page they will play a roll 1 by 1 of the ads for that position. Restarting when finish. Need to have a database which will have a month-year count of the times been shown each Ad. But very important that need to start with a random add as initial. This is for making even posibilities for all ads to be display and NOT only the first got on display. Other way could be starting with the Ad with less shows. All the Ad management NEED to be an independent Php because will be used in other future projects as standard. Payments will have different options choosen by customers: paypal account, credit card by paypal, office payment or bank payment. All will activate payment immediatly in the start day, except for the non electroc processig payment in which cusomer will have a refetence code. With that code Admin Should approve the reception manually to make listings avaible after checking payment done. AT THE END OF THE PERIOD THE LISTINGS WILL BE TEMPORARY SUSPENDED UNTIL NEW Period is LIVE. But not deleted because could pay a new period. Inclusive the same job posting or ad could have multiple scheedule dates to go alive. Job Posting may contain the basic info for a job, such as Title, Budget, Scheedule, Job Description, andn others of common sense. Leave open the possibility to post other type of listing such as item selling. - Users with name, mail and password. Any of them could have the following priviledges: 1) Admins: could create Agency and Admin users. 2) Agency. Could post Banner Adds, but will need the approve of Admin. 3) Business could create posting and ads, using credit. 4) Persons could mark job posting that will be in his watch list and the Business that create that job posting could have persons that are interested in their post.
