Graphic design for training course

1) Design a front cover and spine for a ring-binder to be given to course participants 2) Design a logo for the course that might be used on the binder cover 3) Re-design 6 diagrams to a consistent style and feel consistent with the cover design 5) Create an MS Word template that I will use for adding content to the folder. [This may require additional work later on] 4) As separate project of on an hourly rate do other design work for this project as required over next 6 weeks. Attachments Photographs of some ring binders for courses as areference for what is wanted My logo style guide and copies of my business logo. Diagrams for re-designing in various formats. The training course is about leadership and collaboration and follows an interpretation of leadership, management and collaboration as conversational activities. Conversations are seen as core business practices. Conversations involved listening, speaking, moods and physiology for everyone in a conversation. Trust, making and managing commitments, building quality relationships and how we are as a learner are also key. I like a design that is clean and simple. Participants should pick up the binder and look at the pages and know they are in a professional course and that they will be taken care of.
