General Graphic Design

I am looking for designer on project-by-project basis for the purpose of creating online/offline marketing pieces for our real estate team. We are not interested in the same old stuff. I want to go to the next level and create content that is far and away better quality and more creative than usual cliche materials that real estate agents create. I have experience working with online freelance contractors and here is what I have found works best for a mutually beneficial outcome: From the freelance contractor: - strong belief that work can be fun and rewarding when achieving a goal. - talent - brand - composition - message - color - font - appeal - creativity - open minded - flexible - regular communication - shared interest in the goal - meets established and agreed upon deadlines - regular and reasonable availability (including Google Hangout meetings once a week) - able to collaborate on a desirable outcome - professional - motivated - InDesign, Illustrator, & Vector expertise From the Manager (me) - professionalism - communication - able to express the goals to achieve - monitor progress - appreciates hard work and rewards success toward the goal - trusts the process of the creative mindset in a designer - a recent Odesk VA said that I was the best client she's ever worked with. ***Are you interested?
