Digital Transformation - Wordpress Expert/Developer Required

We are a snow travel agency based in Melbourne, that is very traditional and in a declining market needs to evolve and grow the business. We have an immediate need for a website/wordpress developer to support a three stage project that will digitally transform the business. This is a three step project. 1 - Transition existing website to new a new theme that is already chosen, including pre, during and post implementation strategy and ensuring SEO is upheld for brand integrity and ongoing business management. This needs to be done relatively low cost pre-Christmas. 2. Create a new website from scratch for a new business that is in the same industry/same market but appealing to a purely online market and very sales driven. This will replicate a lot of the same content as existing business but with lower price points for properties/packages. 3. Integrate the new business with an online booking portal and review customisation and optimisation requirements to improve UI/UX. Stage 2 and 3 to be complete in the new year by Feb.
