Hi everybody,
My company is trying to diversify it's businesses and we are in need of a website/portal built from scratch, no wordpress or any other cms, we need a custom built cms.
Please note:
We NEED developers who are good at both designing AND coding, these are the minimum skills: php, mysql, javascript, html and css.
We accept teams up to 3 members, no more.
I uploaded a mockup, in order to be awarded the job, you need to code it and send it to me. These are some important things you need to know before starting:
The template MUST be responsive, you can use any framework you want but be aware that we will test it's speed too.
Starting from the top:
-Minimal & Modern Design
-The Logo should be visible on desktop and tablets, not on smartphones
-The Ads in the Ad Space should be visible on desktop and tablets(if not too big), not on smartphone
-The Navigation Menu and Login Inputs - your choice
-the sidebar stuff should be visible on desktop. On tablets and smartphones I would like you to come up with a solution but it's info should be easily accessed.
-The articles should be visible on any platform obviously, on smartphones it might load just a piece of it
Like I said, we expect modern & minimal templates, clean coding, you can comment in the code or in a separate document, you can add or change anything you want BUT please comment why are you doing that.
Since the winner will be working with the full development of this site, we expect you to write any ideas you have about the admin panel and the further coding of the website. We also expect you to have a CV or a portfolio website.
We do not work with junior developers, BEFORE we award the job, our IT project manager will need to talk with you and ask you some project related questions (or chat, if you don't know english very well)

Also we do not post the portfolio and work examples publically to avoid other people copying it and claiming as their own.
